At the 4-star Fernblick wellness hotel in Bartholomäberg (AT), situated high above the Montafon valley, Xi Wine Systems created a wine room with glass walls on three sides. With a target temperature of around 14 to 16 °C, this superbly designed wine cellar can accommodate around 1,700 bottles – stored in ideal conditions and a real eye-catcher from every angle. Three Xi systems were used: two Xi Racks with pull-out shelves ensure space-efficient storage, whilst eight Xi Presenter wine racks display the rare wines and the high-quality wine list selection with the labels facing outwards towards the guests. Positioned in the centre of the room, two Xi Cool Premium units keep the white and sparkling wines at the correct serving temperature, ready for the service staff to retrieve them.

The result: the entire wine list features wines that are ready to drink at any time.
