Our partnership with the world market leader for wine climatization “Wine Guardian” guarantees the best room climate for your wine bottles (constant temperature of 12 – 15°C throughout the year). We will check whether the use of integrated humidifiers is necessary and plan accordingly.

Humidity must be neither too low (below 40%) nor too high (above 70%). Exposure to UV radiation must also be avoided and taken into account accordingly. Another important part of your Xi Walk-in is the optimal storage of your wine bottles. This is where our internationally patented Xi wine systems comes into play. The racks made of powder-coated steel guarantee an optimal inclination angle of 12 to 14 degrees for your wine bottles. The wine racks are produced in Europe and are ideally suited for damp rooms. The Xi system with its slight tilt angle guarantees that the cork is constantly moistened.

The air bubble is collected on smallest space in the bottle shoulder and the wine dregs accumulate in the bottom corner. A further advantage of our Xi wine system is the way the bottles are presented. The labels are visible at any time, and it is possible to store a high quantity on a limited space. The Xi wine system includes shelves and levels of various sizes, so that almost all bottle sizes and shapes can be accommodated. Due to the modularity of the system, it can also be subsequently adapted to changed requirements. Appropriate lighting can also be integrated on request.
